New Look After School Club for Autumn 2011

Dear Parents,

               We are planning an After School Club for children from Y1 to Y4 on a Thursday afternoon,

from 3-4 pm.starting on Thursday 23rd September for 10 weeks. There is no charge for this activity. (Reception children can join in from January onwards.) If the children sign up, they will be expected to attend every week for 10 weeks, unless they are unwell, as the Staff will be giving up their own time to run the activities.

Please return this letter,  indicating your child's first and second choice of activity. If they don't get their first choice this time, there will be a chance to choose, again every term. We are looking forward to as many children as possible joining in with the After School Club, so please encourage them to sign up for an activity.
